Internal Clinical Recruiter

Our client is a fast-growing mental health practice, fully remote, on a growing team of professionals, clinicians (i.e. psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, and social workers) providing tele-health treatment to thousands of patients and clients nationwide. They are seeking a strong Internal Clinical Recruiter to grow and drive the talent acquisition footprint while working alongside the Co-Founders and Chief of Staff.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$75,000

Position Overview:

The Internal Clinical Recruiter will act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process with both candidates and outside recruiting agencies. The Internal Clinical Recruiter will handle onboarding new employees, draft and present offer letters, employment agreements and gathering required legal documentation.

Responsibilities of the Internal Clinical Recruiter:

• Full-cycle recruitment of clinical and non-clinical roles
• Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications, conduct interviews, review applications and assess candidates
• Complete paperwork for new hires
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/online/colleges
• Identify areas of improvement and communicate changes to leadership
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Qualifications for the Internal Clinical Recruiter:

• 3+ years within clinical/mental health recruitment
• Full-cycle recruitment experience (screening, interviewing, reference checks, background screen)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of employment law and legislation

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management is preferred
