They are seeking a Inventory Analyst to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60,000 – $70,000

Position Overview:

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing inventory items, and the daily inventory operations. The Inventory Analyst is required to analyze inventory statistics, and perform financial analytics to determine product performance.

Responsibilities for the Inventory Analyst:

  • Communicate intermittently with warehouse management regarding issues that need to be addressed
  • Rectify all inventory-related issues that may occur via ECC (SAP)
  • Ongoing professional development on warehouse systems
  • Collaborate with other department partners to identify and resolve inconsistencies between systems to lower service risks within the supply chain
  • Process inventory destructions
  • Assists with physical and virtual inventory counts as needed
  • Responsible for monthly and annual inventory data reporting for Supply Chain leadership meetings
  • Responsible for managing scrap processes and scrap orders at warehouses
  • Comfortable running ad-hoc reports on a regular basis to identify any issues
  • Responsible for punctual product disposition and inventory management of Returns
  • Complete daily accurate inventory count to guarantee the highest accuracy between ECC (SAP), 3PL warehouses, and other internal systems
  • Guarantee all inventory processes, both internal and external, are compliant GRC policies at all times
  • Maintain full cycle ownership of the inventory movement data collection process for product recalls
  • Establish and lead constant Inventory-related initiatives
  • Act as point of contact for the warehouse team during network optimization projects, primarily for the process validations and testing linked to inventory management

Qualifications for the Inventory Analyst:

  • At least 2 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the levels of service necessary in in a commercial production environment
  • Exposure to warehouse operating systems and EDI
  • Strong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
