Our client is a multinational biotech company focused on innovating modern medicine. They are currently seeking an Inventory Specialist to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $30/hr

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage the stock levels of raw materials and finished goods across multiple internal and 3PL locations. The ideal candidate will have an acute attention to detail and be customer focused.

Responsibilities of the Inventory Specialist:

  • Provide resolution for all inventory-related problems that may arise involving IT or adjusting processes if necessary
  • Ensure proper transactions are done in processing of work orders, deviations, material transfers, transport requests, and other documents
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify and resolve discrepancies between systems to reduce service risks in the overall supply chain
  • Perform, confirm, and resolve all cycle-count discrepancies on a daily basis
  • Coordinate the inventory movement data collection process for product recalls
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement of inventory-related initiatives

Qualifications of the Inventory Specialist:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and IDoc (Inventory) management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management
