IT Analyst

Our client is a well-known luxury leather goods company with North American HQ in Central NJ that is looking to add an IT Analyst to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60k – $70k Annually Depending on experience

Position Overview:

This IT Analyst will work in a small IT team supporting users in the corporate headquarters as well as retailers in the field. This position will include remote and in-person deskside support as well as travel to provide support for retail locations.

Responsibilities of the IT Analyst:

• Assist in supporting IT needs of retail sites as well as the corporate office
• Respond to tickets and provide Level- 1 remote IT helpdesk support for US sites
• Maintain and update documentation
• Asset management
• Provide assistance to other IT team members
• Travel in person to sites in he region to provide IT support when necessary

Qualifications for the IT Analyst:

• 2 – 3 years of IT support experience
• Experience in retail
• POS experience
• Experience supporting IT users remotely
• Experience in a Windows corporate environment that uses O365 and Teams as well as Active Directory
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel when required
• Ability to communicate effectively with a customer service mentality

Education Requirements:

• College education is preferred or equivalent professional experience
