IT Service Delivery Relationship Manager

Our client is a global entertainment group provider based in NYC. They are looking for an IT Service Delivery Relationship Manager to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$140k – $150K

Position Overview:

This Technology Service Delivery Relationship Manager will act as a liaison between the IT organization and the US business team. Additionally, this person will be responsible for understanding their technology business strategy and ensuring that the required business capabilities are delivered by IT. Primary function is to develop, manage, and maintain relationships between business and IT.

Responsibilities of the IT Service Delivery Relationship Manager:

• Provide the business with a single point of contact into IT
• Partner with the leadership and key stakeholder team to identify key capabilities required to support technology & business strategies and initiatives
• Partner with IT to develop recommendations to deliver required capabilities using global systems or identifying specific needs
• Understand the competitive landscape, providing advice and guidance to the IT team
• Ensures that projects are in place to meet business needs quickly and efficiently
• Provides oversight on all IT initiatives, partnering with IT to ensure that business needs are met
• Manages the budget for the IT budget ensuring fiscal control and the correct allocations are made

Qualifications of the IT Service Delivery Relationship Manager:

• Experience in IT Service Delivery and Relationship Management with Stakeholders
• Excellent communication and management skills while being a positive team player
• Service Management Reporting to include Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Service Contract Negotiation skills and Vendor Management skills&
• ITIL Certified (Nice to Have)

Education Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
