Our client, a healthcare company is looking for an IT Service Desk Team Lead to join their growing team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90,000 – $100,000

Position Overview:

This IT Service Desk Team Lead role is responsible for the overall delivery of the Service Desk function within the organization in addition to leading the team. This IT Service Desk Team Lead position is hybrid and you will be able to work from our newly renovated office and your home.

Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Team Lead:

  • Ensure the service is successfully executing against and continuing to redefine service level agreements
  • Operate a data driven service, reporting on key performance indicators to maintain standards and identify trends across the Service Desk
  • Manage, develop, and train the Service Desk team
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business and ensure their business needs are being me
  • Ensure that all processes used by the Service Desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved
  • Researches, evaluates and analyzes end-user operations and support processes, and makes recommendations to management on methods for optimizing and improving overall customer experience
  • Ability to identify the elements of a situation to visualize, articulate and solve problems
  • Experience managing the installation, configuration and troubleshooting software and hardware

Qualifications for the IT Service Desk Team Lead:

  • 5 to 8 years of similar experience
  • Experience in supporting a distributed work force
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, MCSE certifications or equivalent experience
  • Expert in Microsoft technologies such as M365, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Windows 10+
  • Expert with ITIL and/or ITSM principles
  • Displays an entrepreneurial instinct for identifying value and pragmatic solutions
  • Ability to manage diverse activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments and operating with speed, accuracy, and strong judgment

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent is required
