Currently, they are looking to add a Jewelry Sales Consultant to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$21/hr plus Quarterly bonus potential
Position Overview:
As a Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional, personalized experiences for customers across various sales platforms, including in-person and virtual appointments, phone calls, and live chats. Your role involves guiding customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring their needs are met, and creating memorable moments in alignment with the company’s luxury product line. This position is based at the Dallas, Texas showroom and requires a full-time schedule, including some weekends.
Responsibilities of the Jewelry Sales Consultant:
- Engage customers with expert product knowledge and sales strategies during appointments and walk-ins, offering tailored solutions.
- Manage a high volume of sales leads via email, live chat, and phone calls to achieve individual revenue targets while delivering a luxury customer experience.
- Assist with post-sale services such as exchanges, resizing, and pick-ups, ensuring a seamless follow-up process.
- Proactively confirm showroom appointments and address pre-appointment inquiries.
- Review customer feedback and collaborate with leadership to enhance the customer experience and improve sales performance.
- Maintain a welcoming and secure showroom environment, enforcing policies to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
- Open and close the showroom as needed and manage tasks using the company’s ERP system.
- Represent the brand as a mission-driven advocate of sustainability and ethical practices in the jewelry industry.
