Our client, a company is looking for a Junior Accountant to come join the fast-growing Accounting Team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$23 – $25/hr

Position Overview:

In this position as a Junior Accountant, you will be working closely with the entire finance and accounting department on all different aspects. This Junior Accountant job opportunity is for someone who is seeking growth within the company. This position is for a recent college graduate who is eager to learn.

Responsibilities of the Junior Accountant:

  • Help with AP and AR
  • Support general ledger activity and book journal entries
  • Help prepare the monthly reconciliations of the bank accounts
  • Work on monthly financial packages and month end procedures

Qualifications for the Junior Accountant:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
