Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr – $26/hr Depending on experience

Position Overview:

The Junior Compliance Officer will be responsible for supporting the compliance risk management activities to ensure credit risks are identified properly. The Junior Compliance Officer will lead process changes and be able to perform GAP analysis between internal company practices and offices.

Responsibilities of the Junior Compliance Officer:

  • Advise on business products
  • Decide on credit and risk assessments
  • Update compliance policies and ensure the company is notified
  • Provide internal audits and be proactive and creative to avoid fraudulent claims

Qualifications of the Junior Compliance Officer:

  • 1 – 2 years of insurance company/ banking experience
  • Audit experience
  • Project management experience
  • Credit risk analysis experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience with GRC tools

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
