Junior Financial Analyst

Our client, a large international firm is searching for a self-motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50,000

Position Overview:

The Junior Financial Analyst study the company’s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy. This individual should be able to predict the return of investment for different stocks and business ventures, writing financial reports and collecting industry research to inform decision making. The Junior Financial Analyst should be able to gather data and understand business and economic trends.

Responsibilities of the Junior Financial Analyst:

• Analyze financial data and assist in budgeting and forecasting process
• Prepare rigorous financial analyses and financial models on Excel based spreadsheets
• Evaluate current and previous financial data
• Support senior investment professionals in sourcing new transaction opportunities
• Assist with variety of ad hoc financial analysis projects

Qualifications for the Junior Financial Analyst:

• Effectively cooperate between different departments
• Demonstrate critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment
• Strong understanding of economic trends
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced excel

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field is required
