Our client is searching for a Key Account Coordinator to join their team. Our client is a multinational conglomerate with a focus on consumer goods in the manufacturing, trading, and construction sectors.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
 
$110K – $125K (DOE)

Position Overview: The Key Account Coordinator will be supporting the Key Account Manager during a transition period, to help with the development and expansion of high-end machine tool sales.  This candidate will have experience overcoming objections, creating relationships with internal sales teams, external key account customers, and help improve market share through new business.

Responsibilities of the Key Account Coordinator: 

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic sales plans 
  • Construct weekly reports on overall program and progress
  • Maintain key account database 
  • Work with territory distributors to develop sales team approach
  • Facilitate business process from technical discussions and quotes, to receiving and processing orders
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Maintain customer loyalty and acquire new customers 
Qualifications for the Key Account Coordinator: 

  • Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • 10+ years working in machinery 
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with multiple countries is a plus 
  • Bilingual in Korean is a plus

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • MBA a plus
