Atrium expertise includes Temporary, Temporary to Hire, Direct Hire Staffing, Payrolling Services, Independent Contractor Compliance, Managed Service Provider (MSP) Programs and Intern Program Design. We are now looking to add a Lead Staffing Program/Account Manager to our business.

Position Overview: Atrium is looking for a Lead Staffing Program/Account Manager to oversee multiple client programs in the New York, New Jersey market. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for day to day activity (including order requisition, escalation and program relations). In addition, this position will require possible onsite presence at the client site and strategic thinking how to continually enhance the client partnership around their workforce needs. Responsibilities of the Lead Staffing Program/Account Manager:

  • Act as an Atrium Program Manager and onsite client liaison for named Accounts
  • Develop strong, cross-functional Atrium and client relationships; maintain communication with leadership, sponsors (TA/HR/Finance), client managers, candidates and internal Atrium account leads
  • Conduct thorough intake calls with managers to ascertain specific soft skills and additional preferences to ensure appropriate resumes are screened and presented
  • Operate client Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and match qualified applicants against requisitions
  • Lead Staffing Supplier relationships within the Program in a manner that yields teamwork and extraordinary service delivery
  • Model the highest levels of integrity and deliver ‘white glove’ service to support client and applicants
  • Promote program adoption, compliance, communications, onboarding and other operations
  • Respond to manager and applicant inquiries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Diagnose/resolve raised client concerns in a timely manner, together with leadership as needed
  • Attend regular status meetings with both internal Atrium team and client to drive Program goals and requirements
  • Partner with client to design and administer surveys to be issued to managers and applicants and gather valuable recruitment and Managed Service program feedback
  • Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of client’s industry, products and markets; establish on-site awareness of business development opportunity
  • Participate in the development of presentations and relevant material i.e.: Quarterly Reports and business reviews

Qualifications for the Lead Staffing Program/Account Manager:

  • Minimum 5 years of dynamically responsible work experience as an Account Manager
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with the internal client and Atrium program team
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work well and excel in a team environment
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, social and motivational skills
  • Experience with Fashion & Retail is a plus
