Our client is a global medical company and clinic, specializing in women’s health! They are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join their team!

Position Overview:

The Learning and Development Manager will identify needs and create learning solutions with communication and implementation plans. The Learning and Development Manager will assist with learning technologies, to be the organizations subject matter expert on creative and scalable training solutions.

Responsibilities of the Learning and Development Manager:

  • Create and develop on-boarding programs for a universal learning experience for every new hire within the organization
  • Update and maintain all on-boarding material and content to determine what needs to be changed on a continuous basis
  • Work with all teams to collaborate and strategize the best learning solutions for the organization
  • Develop learning calendar and manage vendor resources
  • Design and develop new hire curriculum that increases understanding of the business
  • Implement and manage the annual performance review

Qualifications for the Learning and Development Manager:

  • 5 years of Learning and Development experience
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • SAP and SuccessFactors experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft office

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
