Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20 – $22/hr

Position Overview:

The Lease Consultant is responsible for processing lease documents and managing the property requirements. The Lease Consultant monitors the business and financials for lease properties, prepare leases/subleases and other related documents. Also able to review and interpret commercial leases and other related documents.

Responsibilities of the Lease Consultant:

  • Obtain, review, and file rental contracts and rental agreements
  • Ensure accuracy when reviewing agreements
  • Produce expense reports and track tenant payments
  • Work real estate portfolio and property management
  • Administer lease payment process, reconciliations and dispute resolution

Qualifications for the Lease Consultant:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Leasing Agent
  • Experience preparing abstract leases
  • Some accounting knowledge is helpful
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong written and oral skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required
