Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex CAM expenses and lease terms for commercial office space.
Responsibilities of the Leasing Administrator:
- Conduct in-depth lease analysis to comprehend tenant recovery terms associated with CAM, utilities, property taxes, and other relevant charges.
- Enter lease details into Yardi Voyager 7S software, keeping track of critical dates such as expirations and options.
- Handle receipt posting, administration of late fees, delinquency tracking, utility bill adjudication, move-out accounting, and document management within Yardi Voyager 7S software.
- Analyze general ledger data for accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
- Execute the calculation of recovery charges based on lease provisions using Yardi Voyager 7S software.
- Prepare and issue tenant recovery bills, ensuring precise billing and payment processing with Yardi Voyager 7S software.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants concerning all billing and recovery inquiries.
- Create reports on recovery trends, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and present insights to property management.
- Maintain precise tenant lease data and documentation in Yardi Voyager 7S software.
Qualifications of the Leading Administrator:
- Advanced excel
- Yardi OR MRI
- 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
- CAM experience
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related
