Our client, a leader in the beauty and cosmetics industry, is seeking a Level-2 IT Support Specialist to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30/hr – $35/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The Level – 2 IT Support Specialist will support onsite technical support in both an office and warehouse environment. The Level – 2 IT Support Specialist will work Monday – Friday during normal business hours, but may be asked to work overtime and cover other shifts. This is an open-ended contract role.

Responsibilities of the Level – 2 IT Support Specialist:

  • Provide Level – 2 desktop support
  • Participate in the implementation of global/regional projects and initiatives
  • Execute day-to-day activities related to IT facilities and media handling
  • Participate with facilities and third party vendors on the execution of maintenance/new implementations affecting local IT Infrastructure

Qualifications for the Level – 2 IT Support Specialist:

  • 3+ years of IT Support
  • Network knowledge is a plus
  • Must be comfortable working in both office and distribution center environments

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
