Atrium is partnering with a leading property management company. With over 100 properties in Central Florida, they strive for customer satisfaction, transparency, and commitment and provide the utmost care and efficiency in their services. Currently, they are looking to add a Licensed Leasing Agent to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

DOE + Commission

Position Overview:

As a Licensed Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in the success of the Property Management team. You will have the opportunity to showcase available units and provide excellent support through the leasing process.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Leasing Agent:

  • Preparing and submitting application materials and leasing documents
  • Greeting visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
  • Providing tours and promoting attractive community features
  • Preparing service requests and overseeing the maintenance department
  • Coordinating move-in/move-out notices, inspections, or procedures
  • Planning and coordinating events
  • Researching local rental rates and calculating cots to determine fair and competitive pricing
  • Special projects as assigned by the corporate office

Qualifications for the Licensed Leasing Agent:

  • Valid Florida Real Estate license
  • Knowledge of Real Estate laws and Fair Housing regulations
  • Previous experience in leasing or property management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
