Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. 

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$95k – $110k plus Bonus 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join an international in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will provide essential litigation support, working closely with in-house counsel and cross-functional teams on complex, high-profile matters across multiple jurisdictions. Experience with legal technology platforms or tools is highly valued in this role.

Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal:

  • The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including document review, discovery, filings, and trial preparation.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and manage large volumes of case files and electronic documents.
  • The Litigation Paralegal will conduct legal research and summarize findings.
  • The Litigation Paralegal will liaise with clients, experts, and outside counsel to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Required Experience/Skills for the Litigation Paralegal:

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm or in-house legal department).
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes, including discovery, e-filing, and trial prep.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international setting.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Litigation Paralegal:

  • Experience working with or supporting legal technology platforms (e.g., e-discovery tools, legal project management software, or AI-powered legal solutions).
  • Exposure to cross-border litigation or international legal matters.
  • Familiarity with emerging technology sectors.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution
