This role is for an established apparel company that distributes many of today’s leading brands. This fast-growing company is looking for a talented Logistics Coordinator to support the Production Team.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $55-65k DOE

Position Overview: The Logistics Coordinator will assist the Production Team in day-to-day operations pertaining to shipping, imports, and logistics.

Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator:

Set up styles and create PO’s in A2000
Allocate HTSUS numbers and duty rates
Manage CT-PAT and factory auditing based on requirements
Order and send price tickets
Provide packing and shipping directions
Approve packing materials
Review packing and materials for final inspection
Track and update WIP report
Approve booking/shipping method

Qualifications for the Logistics Coordinator:

Minimum of 3 years of shipping and import experience
Knowledge of apparel tariff and factory auditing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and A2000
Detail-oriented and organized
Pro-active attitude
Team player
Excellent communications skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree- or equivalent
