Our client is seeking a Luxury Client Advisor with a primary responsibility to provide personalized customer service and sales support to high-end clients to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50,000 dependent on experience + commission

Position Overview:

The Luxury Client Advisor is responsible building relationships with clients: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing them with excellent customer service, meeting their needs and preferences, and anticipating their future requirements.

Responsibilities of the Luxury Client Advisor:

  • Sales and product knowledge: You will be required to possess in-depth knowledge of the luxury products you are selling. This includes knowledge of the brand, the materials, the manufacturing process, and the unique selling points
  • Client consultation: You will be responsible for identifying clients needs and preferences and recommending products that meet those needs. This may include providing fashion advice, styling tips, and coordinating looks
  • Sales and business development: You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, and identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Product presentations: You will be responsible for presenting luxury products to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits
  • Client retention: You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty by providing a personalized and memorable experience that exceeds their expectations
  • Administrative duties: You will be responsible for managing client records, maintaining inventory, and processing sales transactions
  • Team collaboration: You will be responsible for working with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered
  • Training and development: You will be responsible for ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. In summary, as a luxury client advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized customer service and sales support to high-end clients, building relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities

Qualifications for the Luxury Client Advisor:

  • Prior experience in luxury sales
  • Knowledge and skills: luxury client advisor
  • Professionalism: A luxury client advisor should maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Should be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and maintain the highest level of ethical standards

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
