Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr – $25/hr Depending on experience

Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Luxury Operations Associate will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain, inventory management, order processing, and logistics. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities of the Luxury Operations Associate:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, quality control, and vendor management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct inventory audits, and manage replenishment processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers, including tracking shipments and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including coordinating shipments, managing customs clearance, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Sales and Marketing, to ensure alignment and support the overall business goals.

Qualifications for the Luxury Operations Associate:

  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with logistics management, including international shipping and customs clearance.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and order processing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
