Our client is a contract research organization focused on large molecule bioanalysis. They are currently seeking a Manager to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$140k – $155k

Position Overview:

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of the development, validation, and analysis of large molecules.

Responsibilities of the Manager:

  • Design and oversee development, validation, and sample analysis using immunogenicity, immunoassays, and/or enzymatic assays
  • Partner closely with clients to ensure timeline and deliverables
  • Manage and lead a team to support client solutions and collaboration

Qualifications of the Manager:

  • 7+ years of experience in the biotech industry
  • Experience developing assays such as ELISA, MSD-ECL, DELFIA, RIA, HTRF, and AlphaScreen
  • Experience developing LC/MS assays
  • Demonstrated experience in people management

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a Scientific discipline
