: $55k – $65k + discretionary bonus

About the position:
As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a partner and right hand to the team. This company is growing and is seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to help support the team. No matter the department, you will assist with providing administrative support at a high volume to a senior Executive and team, in addition to assisting with special ad-hoc projects as needed. The responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, expense, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed. In addition to special ad-hoc projects as needed per each department. This is a full-time position located in NYC.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Administrative Assistant: 

  • Support the Marketing Executives and team with anything needed
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and more
  • Assist with expenses, managing inventory,
  • Prepare for meetings and more
  • Sit in on meetings with the team (taking meeting minutes), preparing for those meetings (crating PowerPoints, ensuring video conference lines are set up, managing catering and more)
  • Marketing ad Hoc projects as needs arise

Qualifications for the Marketing Administrative Assistant: 

  • 2-6 years of experience working in a corporate setting providing administrative support
  • The ideal candidate will have had experience in an administrative, customer service, client relations or hospitality capacity
  • The Marketing Administrative Assistant must have experience supporting a team or high level Executive
  • The ideal candidate will be ambitious with a “no job too big or too small” mentality and a can-do attitude
