Our client is an established transportation service that runs throughout the entire state of New Jersey. The company is looking for a motivated self-starter Marketing Administrative Coordinator to support the Marketing Department.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18 – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Marketing Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for acting as administrative support dealing with budgets, PO tracking, and invoices. The Marketing Administrative Coordinator will assist with the data entry.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Administrative Coordinator:

  • Track information through Oracle
  • Filing, scanning, and sorting paperwork
  • Help create and enforce project deadlines
  • Scan relevant documents and distribute any paperwork as needed

Qualifications for the Marketing Administrative Coordinator:

  • 2+ years in an administrative role
  • Experience in Communications or Marketing

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
