Our client is a leader in the public transit industry looking to add a Marketing Business Development Associate to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $30/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The Marketing Business Development Associate will be working on the deals and discounts with select vendor/partners giving people more reasons to ride transit among other duties. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, detail-oriented, and a professional Marketing Business Development Associate.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Business Development Associate:

  • Working with recreational partners to engage with the company
  • Working on the company rewards program partnering with outside vendors
  • Developing relationships with vendors
  • Cold calling (manager may provide a list)
  • Receiving partners via social

Qualifications of the Marketing Business Development Associate:

  • Must have a sales mentality
  • Outgoing, detail oriented, and willing to meet partners in person
  • Able to acclimate with systems within the company (will be trained)

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
