Our client is an established non-profit and valued member of the community in the Greater Boston Area. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a fresh take to help them grow their presence in the community they serve. This client is well known for its innovative methods and is looking to find a Marketing Coordinator who fits in with their inclusive culture and mission statement.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$15 – $18 per hour

Position Overview:
This is a temp to perm role. The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral member of the team in a fast-paced work environment. This position will report directly to and support the Marketing Director, wearing multiple hats if needed. The successful candidate should express an interest in the non-profit industry.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

  • Maintain daily administrative and marketing duties as follows:
  • Coordinate planning meetings
  • Maintain promotional materials and inventory
  • Track sales data and all relevant operational functions using word processing documents
  • Support Marketing Director and work alongside Marketing team to:
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Correspond with clients interfacing with Marketing Department
  • Coordinating day-to-day operations and tasks
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications for the Marketing Coordinator:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated to work on a team
  • 1-2 years in Marketing role or related coursework/internship

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
