Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with 3 to 5 years of expertise in supporting robust marketing campaigns. In this role, you will contribute to the success of our marketing efforts, with a strong emphasis on campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimization. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Senior Manager, Content Marketing, to deliver high-impact campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist:

  • Campaign Development & Execution:
    • Play a supporting role in the planning and facilitation of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives
    • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results and improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Cross-Channel Coordination:
    • Ensure consistency and cohesion across all marketing channels by coordinating campaign activities and messaging
    • Work closely with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach that maximizes campaign effectiveness and ensures effective distribution across the customer journey
  • Content Support for Campaigns:
    • Work with Marketing Department Leadership to assist in the development of content specifically for campaigns, including marketing collateral, landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials
    • Assist Content Marketing with both writing and proofreading marketing copy across all content formats
    • Ensure that all content is optimized for the intended audience and aligned with campaign goals
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and positioning
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer preferences to ensure our campaigns remain relevant and effective
  • Cross-Functional Marketing:
    • Assist the cross-functional marketing teams with various other efforts relating to campaign-driven activities

Qualifications for the Marketing Specialist:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign support and management
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting and executing marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including campaign management software, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing or working within the staffing and workforce management sector
  • Knowledge of advanced marketing techniques, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
