Our client is a non-profit, community-based organization looking for a reliable and positive Member Services Representative.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $14-15/hr

Position Overview: The Member Services Representative will answer and direct calls, and address all questions and complaints while providing efficient and great customer service.

Responsibilities of the Member Services Representative: 

  • Answering and directing calls accordingly
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers
  • Engaging in active listening, confirming and clarifying information
  • Diffusing angry clients as needed
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications for the Member Services Representative: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Professional
  • Reliable
  • Spanish speaking is a plus

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
