Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team! Great company culture, full time schedule, and will interview and start immediately.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
The Office Administrator will be the first point of contact for all visitors entering the building, and customers calling via phone. This Office Administrator role is fully onsite in NJ and requires to candidates to work onsite! The hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Answer phones, redirect calls, take messages, and be the first point of contact for all customers calling
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, log meeting minutes, and assist various depts as needed
- Order lunches, restock kitchen inventory, and run errands as needed
Qualifications for the Office Administrator:
- Must have 1 yr of office experience
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional, team-player, and strong multi-tasker
- Experience working with MS Office, specifically MS Teams and MS Excel
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is preferred
