Our client is a prestigious firm in the commercial real estate industry who is looking for an eager Office Assistant to join their team! This is the perfect role for anyone with a strong administrative background who is looking to hone their skills and grow!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$50,000 – 60,000
Position Overview:
The ideal Office Assistant will be a great communicator and team player. This role will require a great deal of liaising between internal and external parties, so this candidate must be highly detail oriented, professional, and organized. The Office Assistant will assist with reception, facilities, and even HR so this candidate must be flexible with a no-job-too-small attitude!
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
- Managing office inventory and ordering office supplies (computers, business cards, standing desks, etc.)
- Liaise heavily with vendors; review, prepare, and process all vendor invoices
- Serve as back up to reception as needed
- Space management within the office as well as assisting in any office moves (between floors, buildings, etc.)
- Responsible for travel and catering program management for office of 200 employees
Qualifications for the Office Assistant:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Ideally has experience in a professional office setting
- Detail oriented and organized
- Should work quickly and efficiently with excellent follow through
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a team player and relationship builder
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
