Our client is seeking an Office Assistant who will help them organize the day-to-day for their team. This requires someone who will be enthusiastic and ready to assist whenever they are needed.

Position Overview:

The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for all clients. Our client is looking for an Office Assistant with an outgoing personality that will be able to help and assist their clients.

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:

  • Handling incoming calls and other forms of communication with clients
  • Greet clients/visitors, and making sure they are being accommodated while waiting
  • Main point of contact for vendors and helping with light invoicing
  • Help tidy and organize office supplies in the common areas
  • Update and organize paper work for the office

Qualifications for the Office Assistant:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Ability to be able to multi task and organize for an office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
