Our client is a non-profit organization trying to add a personable, professional, and eager Office Assistant to join their Project team! The Office Assistant will manage volunteers, help with projects, and ensure deliveries are made to customers.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$15/hr
Position Overview:
The Office Assistant will answer phone calls, schedule deliveries, and oversee the team of volunteers. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4 pm.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
- Answer inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding their deliveries
- Oversee the volunteers for day to day responsibilities in the warehouse
- Work in a fast-paced environment and help in various depts as needed
Qualifications for the Office Assistant:
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive and upbeat attitude
- Volunteer experience is a plus
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is required
