Our client is a non-profit organization trying to add a personable, professional, and eager Office Assistant to join their Project team! The Office Assistant will manage volunteers, help with projects, and ensure deliveries are made to customers.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$15/hr

Position Overview:

The Office Assistant will answer phone calls, schedule deliveries, and oversee the team of volunteers. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4 pm.

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding their deliveries
  • Oversee the volunteers for day to day responsibilities in the warehouse
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and help in various depts as needed

Qualifications for the Office Assistant:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive and upbeat attitude
  • Volunteer experience is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required
