Our client, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team to help with administrative tasks.

Position Overview:

The Office Assistant will answer phones, respond to client emails, collect invoices, input data, and ensure all files are up to date. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am – 5 pm and work must be completed onsite in their NJ office.

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:

  • Respond to client emails to ensure files are up-to-date
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding their deliveries
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and help in various depts as needed
  • Sort mail and ship package
  • Assist with tasks around the office and run errands for management, monitor office inventory, and order office supplies
  • Assist with any administrative projects as needed

Qualifications for the Office Assistant:

  • 2+ years of office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented, sharp, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required
