Our client, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team to help with administrative tasks.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$15/hr
Position Overview:
The Office Assistant will answer phones, respond to client emails, collect invoices, input data, and ensure all files are up to date. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am – 5 pm and work must be completed onsite in their NJ office.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
- Respond to client emails to ensure files are up-to-date
- Answer inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding their deliveries
- Work in a fast-paced environment and help in various depts as needed
- Sort mail and ship package
- Assist with tasks around the office and run errands for management, monitor office inventory, and order office supplies
- Assist with any administrative projects as needed
Qualifications for the Office Assistant:
- 2+ years of office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Detail-oriented, sharp, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is required
