Our client, a luxury fashion company, is searching for a polished and energetic Office Assistant to join their busy team. Salary/Rate: $18 – $22/hour | $45K – $50K

Position Overview: The ideal Office Assistant is an organized, creative thinker with a go-getter mindset. The Office Assistant is the first point of contact in the office and will be responsible for maintaining organization in the office to maximize productivity. They should be flexible and willing to take initiative with an upbeat, can-do attitude. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:

  • Answers a multi-line phone system and action as needed
  • Manages Outlook calendar , expense reporting, travel coordination
  • Coordinates conference calls and sets up meeting rooms
  • Greets Clients and direct them to the appropriate meeting rooms
  • Additional ad hoc duties as needed

Qualifications for the Office Assistant:

  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative support capacity
  • Ability to handle information confidentially
  • Problem solving skills
  • Up beat, Can -do attitude
  • Comfortable with Mac and PC platforms
  • MS Office suite and Google suite, Concur is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
