Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team! This position is perfect for a candidate that wants to get their foot in the door with a company and stay long-term.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$13-15/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview:

The Office Assistant position provides administrative assistance to the Operations Manager. The Office Assistant will work Monday-Friday, from 8:30AM-4:30PM.

Responsibilities:

  • The Office Assistant will proof-read facility billing
  • Utilize ERP to process facility orders
  • Utilize Excel spreadsheets to organize information
  • Will assist Operations Manager with basic administrative tasks including filing and faxing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous office experience required
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Should have a friendly, flexible and engaging demeanor
  • Knowledge of intermediate Excel required
  • Go-getter attitude

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
