Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team! The Office Assistant will sit within the warehouse and assist with administrative duties.
$14-16/hr (dependent on experience)
The Office Assistant will provide analytical and administrative support to the Inventory team. Candidates will assist with processing orders, completing cover sheets, and confirming shipments. The ideal candidate for the Office Assistant should have experience processing BOLs. This position will be onsite, but COVID safety measures are in place and adhered to throughout the day. Hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm, with potential for overtime.
- Assist with generating inventory reports and invoices
- Assist with processing orders and organizing shipments
- Coordinate between freight companies and warehouse customers
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma/GED
- Atrium Care Package available upon eligibility
