Our client is a practice that is dedicated to delivering exceptional care with a personalized touch. This practice offers a broad range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures designed to enhance each patient’s confidence. Currently, they are looking to add an Office Coordinator to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr – $33/hr
Position Overview:
As an Office Coordinator, you will work directly with the highly skilled medical and patient care teams, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for each individual who walks through the door. Whether it’s helping to explain surgery details or ensuring that the patient schedule runs like clockwork, your contributions will make a difference.
Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:
- Schedule surgeries and consultations.
- Communicate surgery details, post-operative instructions, and timelines clearly with patients.
- Work closely with the Patient Care Coordinators and Doctor to ensure the daily operations of the office run smoothly.
- Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing top-notch customer service at all times.
- Stay organized and adapt to varying work hours each week.
- Assist with office duties and patient logistics, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately.
Required Experience/Skills for the Office Coordinator:
- Experience in a surgical medical office, cosmetics, or dermatology – know medical terminology/know what the different surgeries are.
- Experience in booking systems like Boulevard.
- Experience with scheduling patients – need to know how long each surgery is.
- Experience talking through surgeries and post-op details.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
