Our client, a global fashion brand is looking for a high-energy Office Coordinator to support its marketing department. Salary/Hourly Rate:  $40-50k  |  $16-21/hr

Position Overview:  This team is looking for an Office Coordinator who is able to hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment. The Office Coordinator is an integral part of this team, managing schedules, arranging travel, and keeping track of expenses for the team. The ideal candidate is organized, tech savvy, and takes initiative in their work. This position will begin ASAP on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:

  • Provide a high level of customer service and hospitality to visitors
  • Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Organizing and setting up meetings
  • General office administration such as mailing, copying, and filing
  • Document preparation and data entry
  • Assist the team in daily tasks and projects

Qualifications for the Office Coordinator:

  • 2-3+ years of administrative experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive and take on responsibilities without direction

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
