Our client, a reputable multinational moving company community is looking for an Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join their team based out of Sarasota, FL. This is an incredible opportunity for an Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant professional to join a rapidly growing company with fantastic corporate culture. The Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant must be organized, and deadline driven.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$45k – $55k
Position Overview:
The Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant would report directly to the General Manager. The ideal Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant has excellent written and spoken communication skills. The Office Coordinator should have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant:
- Responsible for COD (cash on delivery) payments and ensuring all paperwork is in place
- Work with sales personal and commercial clients to coordinate shipping details
- Receive and return phone calls
- Responsible for filing, typing, faxing, scanning, copying, and printing as needed
- Communicate directly with transportation staff (drivers, commercial clients, military clients, etc.)
- Other task as assigned by the manager
Qualifications for the Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant:
- 3+ years of equivalent work experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Have discretion with confidential and sensitive information
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
