Client Overview:

Our client is a global education company with offices in Boston and New York. They are would like to expand their team by hiring an Office Coordinator (Part-Time).

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$24/hr – $28/hr

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for the Office Coordinator (Part-Time) role will have the ability to multitask, serve as the first point of contact for the office and ensure smooth office operations. The Office Coordinator manages office and administrative tasks, maintaining office supply inventory, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining the overall office environment in an organized state.

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator (Part – Time):

  • Overseeing the reception area, and serve as the face of the office to all incoming guests and clients.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Facilitating effective communication within the team and handling any arising problems or complaints.
  • Assisting in basic HR duties such as onboarding new employees and creating ID badges.
  • Helping create and manage budget and expense reports.
  • Providing support to the management team on miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  • Implementing and updating office policies and procedures.

Qualifications for the Office Coordinator (Part – Time):

  • 1 – 3 years of administrative experience, in a corporate setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
