Salary/Hourly Rate: $18/hr, perm at $42K – $45K

Position Overview: The Office Coordinator must be detail oriented and a people person who loves to problem solve! The Office Coordinator will be the face of the company. A concierge mentally is a must have! You will perform administrative duties, assist with needs across all departments, must be flexible and have a great attitude.

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator/Receptionist:

  • Answer phones
  • Manage mail
  • Order office supplies
  • Greet guests
  • Book conference rooms
  • Maintain a sense of humor under pressure

Qualifications for the Office Coordinator/Receptionist:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in administration is preferred
  • Proficiency is MS office is preferred
  • Positive attitude
  • Superb written and verbal skills
  • TEAM PLAYER
  • Fanatical attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • People person

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
