Our client is seeking an Office Manager to support their growing team. This position will play a vital role in the company’s continued success as this role will serve as a point person for our client’s administrative and HR needs. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic group.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80k – $85k

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for the Office Manager position should have 5 – 10 years as an Office Manager in a corporate professional setting. The Office Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the office from ensuring supplies are stocked to screening and interviewing potential candidates for the Administration team.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Responsible for event planning, organizing events for the holidays and summer
  • Vendor work including the Building Management team, deliveries etc.
  • Cover the reception
  • HR tasks including healthcare coverage and onboarding new employees

Qualifications of the Office Manager:

  • Must have 5+ years of office management experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to have discretion with clients
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
