Our client, a fast-paced company is seeking an organized and team-oriented Office Manager. This role plays a huge part in keeping the office running and organized and is a crucial member of the team and will gain valuable experience in this position.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20 – $24/hr
Position Overview:
The Office Manager is the backbone of the office and helps keep the company running smoothly. The Office Manager is responsible for all administrative duties in the company, proactively ordering all necessary office supplies and greeting all visitors. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly and team-oriented.
Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Greeting visitors and maintaining excellent customer service in all interactions
- Responsible for keeping the office running smoothly
- Administrative duties such as faxing, filing, printing and managing office supplies
- Communicating through phone and email
- Organize and maintain the company calendar
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Supervise all accounting functions: AR, AP and Payroll
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Create expense reports on a weekly basis
Qualifications for the Office Manager:
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Confident with time management and working with others
- Proactive, highly organized and willing to take initiative
- 2 to 5 years of prior office management experience
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
