Our client, an established consulting firm that prides themselves on providing exceptional service to their clients, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr

Position Overview:

The Office Manager to oversee all day to day administrative tasks in the office. This role involves supporting the business owner as well as ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently. This Office Manager role is onsite 5 days a week and applicants must be able to work between 9a-5pm.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Oversee the work of all employees onsite and ensure they are working productively to meet company expectations
  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers and clients while upholding a high level of customer service
  • Interviewing, onboarding and training all new staff
  • Monitoring office supplies and following up on all supplies ordered by administrative staff
  • Producing reports, creating presentations, coordinating travel as needed and scheduling conference rooms
  • Managing office expenditure and budget, as needed

Qualifications for the Office Manager:

  • 3+ years of office administration experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable interfacing with high end clientele
  • Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Familiar with QuickBooks

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
