Position Overview:

Our client is looking for an Operations Coordinator to assist their teams to ensure policies are properly being ran throughout the company. The Operations Coordinator will be working with multiple teams as well as customers to keep the policies in place.

Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator:

  • Create, update, and process policy documents
  • Verify information between policyholders and vendors
  • Run reports and be aware of the company’s policies

Qualifications of the Operations Coordinator:

  • Deadline driven
  • Able to work well with other
  • Customer service Skills
  • Good communication and software skills
  • Knowledge of the industry

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
