Our client, a leader in the industry is looking to bring on a Order Entry Specialist to join their growing team.

Position Overview:

The Order Entry Specialist will manage the shipment deliveries and ensure that all orders are entered into the tracking system. The Order Entry Clerk must have experience with Bills of Lading, logistics, and order entry.

Responsibilities of the Order Entry Specialist:

  • Enter and track orders in ERP systems
  • Review all orders for accuracy
  • Track all shipments through Bills of Lading
  • Assist customers with questions regarding their orders
  • Utilize customer web portals as needed to confirm POs and obtain or submit order information
  • Assist in other areas as needed

Qualifications of the Order Entry Specialist:

  • Previous Order Entry experience
  • Strong knowledge in Bills of Lading
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Great attention to detail

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required
