Our client is one of today’s leading digital agencies that designs and builds exceptional interactive experiences that effectively engage and persuade customers.  They are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Part-time Administrative Assistant to join their operations team in San Francisco!

Salary/Hourly Rate:  $18-20/hr

Position Overview:  This Part-time Administrative Assistant will be tasked with day-to-day operations, front desk responsibilities and supporting managers with projects. This individual will be able to work 20 hours a week and can commit to working on Thursday afternoons.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Administrative Assistant:

  • Prepare onboarding documents for new hires
  • Manage mail and FedEx drop-offs
  • Order and restock kitchen and office supplies
  • Set up and clean up conference rooms
  • Assist managers with miscellaneous projects 

Qualifications for the Part-Time Administrative Assistant:

  • Friendly, reliable and high-energy
  • Team player attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to start ASAP!

Education Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma
