Our client, a leader in residential re-entry programs that focus on employment and education services, substance use disorder treatments, and life skills, is looking for a focused and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Position Overview:

The Part-Time HR Administrative Assistant will support the HR Department. The Part-Time HR Administrative Assistant must have strong computer skills, be professional, impartial and understand the importance of confidentiality. The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will work onsite 8:30-1:30pm or 1pm-5pm or a combination of both.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Support HR department with filling, organizing and scanning company files
  • Assist with company audits
  • Assist with planning/execution regarding morale
  • Organize and maintaining personnel records
  • Resolve concerns and issues
  • Participate in HR projects

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Act as a reliable and supportive team member
  • HR experience a plus

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED certification is required
