Our client is an Upper Westside native seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to help him with his day to day administrative tasks. This client has a background in theater and is looking for someone to help keep him organized for the foreseeable future. This role will be based out of his Upper Westside home.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

20-23/hr (Depending on experience)

Position Overview:

The Part Time Administrative Assistant should be proactive, organized, and empathetic. The Admin Assistant will help keep the clients day to day organized and assist with some small personal projects. You will be working onsite 2-3 days a week between the hours of 11AM-5PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage mail, email, and calendar
  • Schedule appointments and social calendar management
  • Provide administrative support tasks as requested
  • Schedule home maintenance and repairs
  • Oversee small organizational projects

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years administrative experience
  • Must be organized and proactive
  • Must be proficient in Mac operating systems
  • Experience handling calendars and email correspondence
  • High level of empathy is important

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
