Our client is a lead provider of commute in the state of New Jersey in need of a Partner & Business Development Coordinator.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25 – $35/hr Dependent on experience
Position Overview:
The Partner & Business Development Coordinator will work as part of the Marketing team to get a variety of partnerships in the works. The Partner & Business Development Coordinator maintain list of expiration dates for partner promotions or offers and renew partnership as needed.
Responsibilities of the Partner & Business Development Coordinator:
- Solicit partners (i.e. entertainment and sports venues, restaurants, retailers) for co-promotions and partnerships
- Assist partners with the set-up of the promotion or offer
- Maintain stats on the number of partners, offers and redemptions
- Review analytics to make strategic recommendations to management
- Liaise with IT and Digital Marketing to troubleshoot issues with the platforms
- Assist Customer Service in addressing customer questions and concerns
- Working on the deals and discounts with select vendor/partners giving people more reasons to ride transit
- Recreational partners to engage with
- Working on the Rewards program partnering with outside vendors
- Developing relationships with vendors
- Able to acclimate with systems (will be trained)
- Cold calls, manager may provide a list
- Receive partners via social
- Has to be willing to meet some of the vendor partners in person
Qualifications for the Partner & Business Development Coordinator:
- Need someone who is outgoing
- Has a sales mentality
- Detail oriented for contractual purposes
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is required
